S. H. BUENAVENTURA LAW OFFICE

The firm was founded by Atty. Shalemar H. Buenaventura, J.D., LL.M. or Attorney Shali as he is commonly called. He has been in the active private practice of law since 2006 or for more than fifteen (15) years. He first joined a law firm where he was assigned to handle labor cases and special commercial practice on Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. Later, he was assigned to handle civil, criminal and commercial litigation. In 2009, he founded S. H. Buenaventura Law Office, with areas of practice in: Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation; Corporate Law and Taxation; Land, Real Property & Estate Laws; Immigration; Labor Law; Family Law; and Commercial & Construction Arbitration, among others.

Atty. Buenaventura also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila. He is a member of the Philippine Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA) and an Arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The firm is a retained counsel of various companies in the business of Information Technology (IT), BPO, construction, power, advertising and of individual domestic and foreign clients in the fields of real estate, contractual and commercial transactions, among others.
